Cancellation Charge Policy for Osmosis Training Ltd

The following cancellation charge policy applies in relation to online purchases:

Online sessions

You can cancel online sessions within 24 hrs of purchasing online. After this ‘cooling off period' no refund in respect of cancellation is provided.

No refund will be made where the client has commenced any element of the online sessions.

How to cancel Online sessions

To cancel an online purchase an email must be sent to contact@osmosistraining.co.uk within 24 hrs of the purchase time. Osmosis Training will establish timings against the time emails regarding purchase and cancellation notice are received.

Live Sessions

A live face to face session may be cancelled by email. The following charges will be made in respect of cancellations:

1. Where cancellation takes place 7 days prior to the commencement of online sessions a charge of £5 plus vat is made for Osmosis training to facilitate the cancellation.

2. Where cancellation takes place between 4 and 7 days before the commencement of an online session a charge of 50% of total charge paid for session will be refunded

3. Where cancellation takes place with less than 4 days notice a charge of 100% of the service fee is made.

How to cancel Live Sessions

To cancel a live session an email must be sent to contact@osmosistraining.co.uk within 24 hrs of the purchase time. Osmosis Training will establish timings against the time emails regarding purchase and cancellation notice are received.

The above policy is created to cover administration costs and also to cover costs of ‘empty seats' that a live face to face cancellation has created.
